not the guy down the street who spreads cheap
fertilizer with no insurance or education at
night!
State law requires every
person hired to apply fertilizer to your lawn must be
licensed by the state of Minnesota, through the Department
of Agriculture. A state applicators license means an
individual has completed the minimal requirements to be
licensed yearly. Law also requires strict requirements
regarding recordkeeping of all applications
made.
